Pilates has quickly become a leading choice of exercise for pregnant ladies due to its adaptability for clients needs, offering benefits for both the well-being of your body and mind. During pregnancy your body will undergo many changes as it responds to the development and growth of your baby. To ensure your body is in the best possible shape for this special time, the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists advise that "all women should be encouraged to participate in aerobic and strength conditioning exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle during their pregnancy"

NB. It is recommended that clients new to Pilates wait until they are at least 13 weeks pregnant before commencing classes.
Individual sessions are available in the comfort of your own home from £35 per hour (for a block of 6), £40 for a one-off class.

Please note that a 48 hour cancellation policy is in practice, classes cancelled outside of this period will be charged at the full rate.
