"Becki is a really supportive and patient teacher. I am not at all sporty and regular exercise was quite new to me but I was keen to try Pilates during my pregnancy to help with my posture. Becki's continual encouragement and attention really encouraged me to keep on going and learn new exercises." Nikki |
