Individual classes allow you to explore Pilates and its unique benefits for your own body, with classes tailored to meet your specific needs. Your first session will include an assessment of your posture and we will work together to identify your personal aims and objectives - whether they're related to an injury, general aches and pains (e.g. lower back pain), to increase your central strength, or to support your performance in a chosen sport (e.g. running, swimming). Future sessions will then develop as we progress towards your short/mid and long term goals!
Individual matwork sessions from £35 per hour (when a block of 6 classes are booked), £40 for a one-off class. Or why not share your class with a friend who is working towards similar goals, classes for 2 are also available from £30 per person per hour.
Studio equipment sessions in London are available from £70 per hour.
