POST NATAL PILATES
For the last nine months your body has been constantly changing, working hard to protect your baby as it prepared for its arrival into the world. So, congratulations - you have your new addition to the family! At this time it’s especially important to feel at your best, so you can focus on your baby’s health and well-being and enjoy being a mum. Good news, Pilates can help you do just this.
Regular Pilates can offer huge benefits for your body and mind. Specialist post-natal Pilates classes will help you to focus on reconnecting with your body after pregnancy and birth, through:
"Becki has helped me reclaim my body. I had a really painful back when my son was born and avoided picking him up in the first few weeks. Safe to say after doing Pilates with Becki I have no problems picking up my baby & I'm even back to picking up my 4 year old! The post-natal classes are tailored for Mums, Becki is supportive if you need to feed or change a nappy during the class. It's also nice environment for meeting other mummies." Caro (& Arlo) Harringay, N4
"Pilates has been a great way to re-build my core strength after pregnancy and child birth. I always leave the class in a much better mood than when I arrived and feel about a foot taller." Anna, Harringay, N4
