For the last nine months your body has been constantly changing, working hard to protect your baby as it prepared for its arrival into the world. So, congratulations - you have your new addition to the family! At this time it’s especially important to feel at your best, so you can focus on your baby’s health and well-being and enjoy being a mum. Good news, Pilates can help you do just this.
Regular Pilates can offer huge benefits for your body and mind. Specialist post-natal Pilates classes will help you to focus on reconnecting with your body after pregnancy and birth, through:

Individual sessions are available weekdays in the comfort of your own home from £45 per hour (London) or £35 per hour (Peterborough). Or why not join up with between 2 to 8 of your new mum friends and arrange a private group class (price available on request depending on numbers & location).
